Do I need to let homebrew sit overnight before I use it?

Still new at homebrewing, but I have usually let a new brew sit overnight before using it. Is that necessary? This Mast P is looking goooood.

Nope. I normally inject right away to test for pip.

I wait 48h-72h just to let things settle down.

You can inject at any time. I wait a day or 2 to see if it will crash. Which if i did things right it wont. But i would rather have it crash in the bottle and not in my body. In the grand scheme of things a day really doesn't matter to me for gains.

Only time you let it set for a day or so is if you aren’t sure of it crashing. If you have a recipe that works efficiently then no go ahead and hit that bad boy lol
