I have a cut coming up in a few weeks.
Pending bloodwork, specifically to make sure my lipids are good to go.
I want to drop to 220ish range, (240 right now) then a quick bulk
Ideally, if I can drop down, then throw on 5 lbs of qaulity mass this year I'll be pretty fucking happy.
So when I finally step on the platform, I can do a fast carb bulk to 230 and make the 220 weight class with a quicky cleanse/water cut.

I dont need big doses to accomplish my goal, so my "Cycle" looks more like a cruise

200 Primo
4iu GH
100mg DNP
4 weeks

I'll add Prop at 200mg week 3-6 (Might even run TNE Daily as opposed to loading prop for final 2 weeks... never tried a TNE run, might be fun)
So I can bounce into a Insulin sensitivity (From the DNP) bulk for 2 weeks with the Prop.

A fun and experimental 6 week run.

It’s kind of a bastardized 5/3/1 but I’m going to do 12/8/5. I don’t know how familiar you are with the program, but I’ll be doing 3 x first set last for my main movement, so 6 sets total. The FSL sets are done in the 8-12 range.

Secondary movement 5 x 10 @ 65% max.

Accessory work is based on FST 7 and just good old 4 x 12.

I do this shit as intelligently as possible and love it. I've been crusing for a year and a half now and my mental acuity is better than ever. I just started a DHB/Test blast last week.

My alarm goes off at 4:30AM and I sometimes just want to hit the snooze button and skip the gym. I then remember the wise words of Joe Rogan. Happiness is a result of challenging yourself on the daily and putting in the work. Like the Rock would say...FOCUS!
 
From reading this trenbolone and nandrolone should be vilified on this forum.

I plan only running micro doses of test + anavar and primo on an annual basis or on a run up to a special occasion.

Come to realise steroids are not gummy bears and can seriously mess you up.

There is no safe way of doing this, its just risk mitigation.
Yeah this forum is about risk mitigation. Most people here will tell you not to run Tren. I personally love tren but I can’t exceed 350 mg a week I usually stay around 175-200. Your main focus should be health. gear is cool but you should be aware of how each compound can damage you and you should be taking necessary precautions.

Tren + sdrol is making my life miserable lol I've already dropped the sdrol (strength is 100% but I get an immediate headache like anger or high bp haha) because of shitty acid reflux and lethargy, I work as a factory worker and feeling like two zombies isn't the best thing for me. Really tempted to drop the tren too.
 
Unfortunately they are 2 of the most anabolic substances out there. And the damage accumulates slowly, so it is easily ignored (maybe not with tren, obviously there are some immediate negative impacts to tren).

Personally, NPP is my favorite anabolic I have ever run. I was very disappointed to learn of the deleterious effects to it. I don't know if I will run it again or not. I just get such incredible results and feel amazing the whole time. But it isn't worth the downsides.

Some of the effects may be able to protect ourselves against, like with taurine, perhapd peptides like BPC-157 or TB-500 or Epitalon. Taking adequate time off between cycles is critical. Doing your cardio, eating clean, getting enough sleep, avoiding chemical exposure such as pesticides, plastics, and other bad things (working on a post about this that I should have up in the next few days) all make a difference in preventing and healing damage induced by deleterious lifestyle choices. Not drinking, smoking, or doing drugs.

In general, if not competing, nobody should take nandrolone or tren.

That said, I just started my first tren cycle on Monday. Low dose, only 175 mg per week, just gonna see what's up with it. Then going forward I will likely stick to trestolone, testosterone, and anavar (and maybe proviron, never tried it before).

Edit: I am of the opinion that the foundational lifestyle choices I make which are far healthier than most (avoiding chemicals, eating clean and organic, having lots of air filters, having a high quality under sink water filter) mitigate or at least offset the damage from a once per year NPP cycle, or my upcoming tren experiment. That is just my opinion, and maybe I'm simply justifying it in my head, idk. Regardless, I figured I'd add that lttle tid bit.

500 Test E 400 Tren E this week if everything was fine was going to up to 750/600 lol but it came in my mind "bulk on blast, cut on cruise wise boy" sooo that has influenced me as well. Need to see what's going on, I already dropped my cals sub <2200 haha so maybe time for a diet break. I'm at almost the end of week 6 of my cutting journey... went from 92 to 86-85. Still covered in a thin layer of fat, strange because in the past at this weight I was almost 11-12% :C

Too much gear, I m sure you could get away with much less of... but as far I see ED, people love having issues and love to think big in regards of dosages... people don’t believe in true power of gear
