Do they make 400mg gear in Europe?

someone is trying to sell a bud of mine "400mg Equipoise" and "400mg Test" that suposedly comes from Europe from a reap pharma company...

is this real?
i was thinking maybe its an UG-Lab adn they are trying to pass it as legit.

If You can,post more information about that stuffs,name of producer,from which country is that company,and in what shape are packaging stuffs-amps,vials or botlles?Never heard,but I will try to find something about it.
