Do you guys overhead press?

I do over head press with barbells and dumbells absolutely a staple in my routines. Multiple times in the same workout standing sitting whatever change it up change up the weight when appropriate and let the results shine.
 
I do standing ohp with dumbbells, lots of barbell ohp, split jerks, etc.

No real carryover to PL, but lots of carryover to strongman..
