Ramstein II said:For the record I think that bench press is a great exercise for many things. However, so many guys wrap their egos up into it so much that I usually tell people to give it up for at leat a year. The result is often a better chest or pushing workout because form improves. Liberate thyself from the Bench Press. Just imagine what you can do with that extra hour.
