Do you think Paul Carter's hypertrophy program is better than DC training?

Hey, all.

I've been doing my own modified version of Dante Trudel's DC training. Instead of training just three days a week and doing an A-B-A one week and then a B-A-B the following week I train six days a week. Monday (legs) Tuesday (chest/shoulders/tris Wednesday (back/biceps) I've trained my entire body. Then Thursday through Saturday I repeat the sequence but try to do different exercises so things don't get stale. I typically do two exercises per muscle group. After some good warm-up sets I do my rest pause set and stay within the eleven to fifteen rep range.

I've been very happy with my results and I like how quick I'm in and out of the gym. Plus, I like going to the gym six days but I don't want to be there. I was wondering if anyone tried Paul Carter's hypertrophy programs. And if so, do you like it better than DC training? I'd also like to know what does a typical workout look like for say, legs? I can't seem to find an example of one of his hypertrophy workouts. I'd like to see what I'm getting before I pay for his program.

After looking around here some people have compared it to Mike Mentzer's style training. Just wondering if anyone had any input.

Bro, if you are doing dc training 6 days a week instead of 3 and recovering...im sorry but you are not training hard enough. You would be destroyed. Your tempo is either too fast or your not actually pushing evey mini set to true failure. No one has super human recovery dc training can not be done properly 6x a week no way in hell. 3x a week beats up anyone who has ever done it correctly
