Do you use a GDA on high carb days?

Title.

I started on Monday a bulk through December. I am running a Legs, Pull, Push rest split. On Massing days Cals are 3800 with around 435g of carbs. Would utilizing a GDA be worth it? I know a lot of supplements are hit or miss but just trying to find a way to utilize things that help with muscle growth. I am not enhanced.

6 meals a day (every 3 hoursish) and am walking about 5-10 mins after each meal for digestion help.
