Do you use a weight belt? Any other braces for other joints?

I use grip straps when deadlifting and sometimes when I am doing sets of 20 on pull ups. Mainly due to my left forearm that has been broken twice and still has hardware in it. It is just not strong enough anylonger to hold onto over 250 lbs. I do not however use a belt or other wraps. I simply try to keep it light enough to avoid needing these items. Also I feel most braces/belts interfear with range of motion.

What support items do you use in your workouts?
 
I use a belt for squats when going above a certain percentage, wrist wraps on bench or OHP if wrist is hurting or competing/in prep, and knee wraps only for overloading squats since I compete raw no wraps. My most important support item though is intra workout pop tarts. Those things are life savers.
 
Belt on heavy sets, and knee sleeves to keep my kneecaps in place (due to worn/damaged ligaments). Sometimes a band on my left forearm to alleviate tendinitis.
 
7mm Rehband knee sleeves on leg day.
3mm Rehband knee sleeves for cardio.
5mm Nordic Lifting elbow sleeves on upper body days.
Versa Grip Pro for deadlifts (I used them for all pulls for ~6 months while rehabbing elbow/forearm tendinitis).
DashSport forearm counterforce straps on both arms when tendinitis flares (best money I've ever spent, no joke).
DashSport under knee counterforce strap when my patella starts to flare up.
Rogue powerlifting belt for leg and back workouts, and when my old ass back just fucking hurts.
UnderArmour compression shorts under my workout shorts, so I don't sit on my dick when I get on a bench.
Baseball knee length socks when I deadlift, so I don't scrap the fuck out of my shins.
