do you workout more often on cycle?

Im planning my first cycle and I would like to clear up a few things.

do you workout out more during the week on a cycle then off?

Would hitting chest twice a week be alright? or 3 times?

Does your muscles heal faster?

heres a really dumb question but Im going to ask it anyway. Lets say you inject in your bicep, will that bicep grow of be affected any differently than your other muscles?
 
Personally Yes I lift harder and more intensly when on cycle then off. Hitting chest twice a week my have varying opinions, I say its fine just spread it out equally like Monday and Thursday. Yes your muscles will heal faster as the Nitrogen balance in your body is shifted towards protein synthesis meaning you will utilize more protein to heal your self and actually may lose a little weight. As far as the bicep, or spot injections, while some will say it has an effect on that muscle, it does not. The levels of test or whatever you are doing will be in your bloodstream circulating to all muscles pretty much equally.

Im planning on doing 500mg test enanth (250x2 weekly) for 10weeks.
plus EQ at 400 (200mg twice a week) for 10 weeks.
I will have nolva, femera, and clomid.
Should I just take nolva and femera everyday or just for pct? or wait for signs of gyno?

Also, I heard that for the first cycles, you should use as little steroids, so you dont build a tolerance. How are my levels of test and eq?

Also, I dont know exactly when to start clomid, I know Test and eq have different half lifes.

21years of age
6'4-6'5 , 260+ (i use to weigh over 330 and dropped down to 225 by eating very little, i learned proper diet. Now im bulking alittle.)I have alot of extra skin from losing weight so fast.

Heres another question, does more bodyfat equal to more side-effects? Should I cut before I start a cycle, or should I keep eating big.

training for 3 years, past year very seriously and made good gains after a hernia operation.

I keep getting bigger and bigger, i know alot of ppl at the gym look at me and think im on steriods.
 
How long have you been training? I want to be sincere here and say that being 21 years old an anabolic cycle is not necessary, Why do you think you lost those pounds with just diet and exercise? Your already naturals high levels of hormones(Test) helped. I do not mean to discourage you but to encourage you to think about it a little more, if done right you can put on mass with no dificulty and drug free, I'd wait until you are 25 at least to start using AAS.
If you still decide to do an AAS cycle, I'd say do a Test only cycle at maybe 400 to 500mg/week, You can always do an EQ only cycle at 400 to 600mg/week, Yes I know, a lot of guys may be saying you need test but I've done many EQ only cycles and never had a problem(shutting down hard) PCT is a must.

More bodyfat will not equate to more side effects, except for possibly putting you at a higher risk for gyno. You've got Nolva and femera on hand, so keep a lookout for all the warning signs of gyno. As far a frequency of training each muscle group, three times a week is definitely too much. You'll need to experiment w/ what works best for you, one or two times a week. I would start the clomid two weeks after your last shot. I would agree w/ Carlito on doing a test only first cycle.
 
If you do decide to run the EQ with the test than you should stop the EQ 1 wk before the Test (10wks Test 9wks EQ). As far as the Nolvadex goes, I would run the nolva the whole time at like 20mg/day especially with the higher body fat and start the clomid about 1-2 wks before your last shot depending on how much you have. As for your levels, I have heard of people running just 250mg/wk of Test and getting good gains while others need alot more Test to grow. Personally I need lots of Test to make a big difference but things like Deca I can use a relatively smaller dose. So just find what works for you (this is accomplished my running simple cycles at first, like Test only to see how you react to Test first). Either way you will gain alot as long as you eat and train right.

Exactly...Rest is still the most important thing after training hard. It is still very possible to overtrain.
