Hello everyone,

I am based in US. Age - 33. I got my bloodwork done from a urologist who specializes in TRT. I have attached my results. I am not sure if they will put me on TRT. If not, I plan to do my own cycle. They didn't check PSA, Full Blood panel including WBC, Cortisol or may be any other things that I am missing.

  • Could you please check my results to see if anything is out of order?
  • What are the appropriate numbers for a healthy indivdual(on/off) cycle for LH/FSH/SHGB/. All i can find is broad ranges. Any links would be appreciated.
  • Are there any other parameters/blood work i need to check before i either go on TRT/my own cycle? Blood Panel or Metabolic panel?
  • Since my LH/FSH seems to be in range. So does that mean I have primary hypogonadism?
  • Should i just do my own cycle as docs with insurance might me more expensive than doing it on my own.
Thank you.

everything in your bw looks good. your test may be a little low but you still have lh and fsh functioning. If your going to start trt be ready to do it for life. Once you start a cycle your lipids may get fucked up, you should also get more bw and order a cmp so you can see your liver and kidney function as aas can also fuck with them

Hard to say if they will pit you on trt.
Do you have symptoms? Do you want to trt for life?

Yeah. I have ED, low libido and energy. I dont want to be on trt for life.
Would you guys recommend going on a cycle for like 10 weeks rather than going on trt ?

If you have symptoms of Low T just embrace the idea of TRT for life. It's not exactly happy fun time having to pin every week, blood tests etc but it sure beats low T

I'm on TRT at 48 and it's no big deal, having low T however was a big deal. My symptoms were not all that bad, but after a few cycles and trying deca my test levels never even came back to the prior low T levels.

your TT is in low range SOME trt docs may prescribe because your e2 is low(---- prolly most your ed issues

Usually they request more Blood work to get a better picture...

Example---
I'd be +300 one day
Another anywhere from 225-275ish on others....

It was the lower days messed me up---- some days I'd be good, others feel like napping at lunch.....

You'll have a decision to make as far as trt.... and if you cycle you'll be helping that decision.

Sometimes Guys in your situation that don't want trt will try different methods of clomid or sometimes Hcg.

Damn TRT is for life huh. What if you wanted to maybe...have kids. Would the doctor allow a "break" from TRT and put you on HCG?

Also, wouldn't the OP's blood levels indicate primary hypogonadism? Since his fsh and lh are normal but his test is low?

How often are blood tests. Is there a standard frequency or up to the doc and the patient's health status?

In response to your last question, I would assume having health insurance would be much cheaper than buying UGL items. I'm in a similar situation as you (25 y/o) and I've had low T since I was 20. Had blood work done couple years ago to see why my dick wouldn't work and no morning wood since 20 lol and low and behold my test, lh, fsh, were all really low. I would assume I'm secondary hypogonadism. I was going to walk right into the doctors office and explain my situation to be put on TRT but TRT for life seems a bit daunting due to various reasons. Going to contemplate a lot the next few days...

I was put on trt back when I was 20 because a crooked doc tbat gave me oxycontin, opana, and fentanyl for my fucked up back did a blood test and said I had low t and could benefit from trt but didn't say at the time that the painkillers were the cause for trt... long story short 8 years later and being on trt and cycling I was able to have kids and rarely used hcg and never any pct because I was always on test. I wish I never started the trt back than its a pain in the ass having to constantly pin or rub gel on urself

The benefits of having my test at the level of a 19 yr old are far greater than the few min it takes me to pin my trt 200mg cyp per week, split half doses. My TT is over 1,000 and feel and look much better than at 512 TT, then 46 TT after a few cycles (@ 45 yrs old). If under 500 I'd welcome trt, or under 600 personally.
