Doc's DNP log

Have you been weighing yourself in the morning? Should be dropping 1lb a day at this point.

My first run was the best, 15lbs in 14 days. 4 days at 250mg and 10 at 500mg. It wasn't just the best in terms of fat loss but also the least sides. 4 runs now and each has been different. All caps were from the same order with D.

I've been slacking on weighing myself lately but I'll get on it. I know water retention can mask the actual weight loss for many and it comes off a week or so after stopping DNP.

Im still not sure about the water. Some say you retain alot of water while on dnp, the other say your body is out of water because of the sweating and you will gain water back after stopping the dnp.

Whats your opinion ?

I never noticed much water retention. 2-3 days after the last dose I piss out maybe 2-3 pounds.
 
I guess this maybe another side that's dependent upon the user as I've had some friends run it and retain water. Once they came off and after about 7-10days they dropped ~10lbs of water.

Holy shit!! I've heard people say this but never heard 10lbs, wow.. Guess I'm lucky in that regard.
 
I know! But 3 ppl at least from another board had this much water come off. It could have been due to other factors as well but cannot be sure

That sucks. Looking in the mirror and seeing the scale drop every morning motivates me to keep dealing with the sides. If I blew up like the stay puffed marshmallow man that might be a deal breaker for me.

I personally end up losing around 2-3 pounds once my cycle is over - nothing too dramatic.
The weight gain some guys experience after dnp is usually glycogen replenishment since dnp will deplete your stores pretty drastically. It has nothing to do with your body being out of water, sweating, etc.

Your body is actually inclined to hold on to MORE water if it feels that your losing too much, not drinking enough, etc.

I drink on average between 1.5-1.75gal of water normally or else I feel dehydration symptoms. I'm always hot and sweating and work in a hot environment. Once this DNP kicks in I'll probably have to go well over the 2gal mark.
 
You guys are killing me. I wanna do it but everyone is talking me out of it. The main thing stoping me is my source sends you a bag of powder and you rail it out into 20 lines and then cap it......hmmm hello Im a recovering addict. I can't be chopping up powder and railing that shit out.

I am not advising you on whether to do it or not but if you should decide to, get your stuff from D. He has been around for a long time and I've never heard of issues with his dosing. This ain't something you want to fuck up your dosing with.

Also do your homework if you go through with it. The decision is yours to make but carefully consider the pros and cons before diving in. You really need to commit to it and research the hell out of it.

Doc gave some great advice, I researched and considered DNP for a year before taking the plunge. D has been doing this forever and is really the only online source I'd trust for this stuff. Don't cap this shit yourself, not yet anyways. Hit me up if you decide to do it.
 
ok thank y'all. I have been researching and talking with experienced others on another board but I still got a lot to learn about it. I know I could achieve what I want naturally with a disciplined diet but Im lazy. Maybe ill hold off for a bit until i spend a few months reading up on it.
