Dr. Mark Peter Koch was sentenced to five years probation for possession with intent to distribute anabolic steroids and conspiracy to distribute anabolic steroids. The FBI initiated its investigation of Koch after receiving a tip from his estranged wife claiming that he was involved with black market steroids. FBI Special Agent Jeffrey Young conducted surveillance.
