It is pretty old news by now but shit sounds legit from the videos and the basic principles it works on seem solid: cool down the body so blood isn't shunted to skin and can instead be supplied to the muscles. I've never seen anyone with it in person probably cause it costs a grand.

They said SARMs were better than steroids when they first became popular too.
If that minute extra bit of blood in the muscles can make that much of a difference, why not just use something like equipoise?

I don't doubt it's effective at cooling the body down, especially when used on the hands or feet, but i don't think it will be creating a new generation of mass monsters any time soon..

True man, doubt it will compare to steriods for mass gains but it's advertised for performance gains. But you use it between all the sets so I think it will keep you feeling fresh throughout your workout and enhance performance by keeping core temp in check and blood in muscles.

There's something's about training in adverse conditions that make me want to excel. It toughens the mind as well as the body. Coach's gym yesterday must have been in the mid 90s or so. No AC and only a handful of fans scattered throughout. Poor Brutus and I began sweating while signing in for a day pass. We went through multiple bottles of Gatorade and water to stay hydrated but I'll be damned if we didn't tough it out and have a beast of a session!

One if the best sessions I've had was on a 43°C day (110F) no AC either, so you had to walk outside into the heat just to feel cool. Because even at 43 it was still cooler than inside!

I went to the Middle East for a wedding several years ago and one day did some benching with my cousin over there. He has some free weights and a bench and shit on the roof of the building. 107deg F with the sun beating down on you. It was brutal for me but just another day for my cousin lol
