I wonder where HIPPA violation comes in play here... Sharing your medical records with out your consent to another medical professional is violation of this law and can lead to private law suits.

Be interesting to know the name of the Dr who is initiating these refills ..
would'nt ya think that if he got arrested for things at his company, the whole operation would be shut down and in the news,big time?... but over there they still say that there in buissiness!! ...they would have more respect if they just would amit that , it was chip in the police report, ...they would have way more respect if they quit deleting and banning people off there forum for telling the truth!! were not stupid as some folks think!!.. ....then it may be possible the he got busted for something not related to there TRT businness!!

Supposedly it's a Carlos Gonzalez MD and the scripts are being filled thru APS Pharmacy in Florida
there are a few docs used, not just that one!
better check any forms u signed as far ad NDA's thru maximus before u go off and release their docs names, could spell trouble!

I can verify Steriodology and 3J Nutrition is covering up that Chip Wadowski went to Jail. I investigated it... because I had ready other bad stuff and just wanted to make sure before I got in his program.

Well, I guess it's a coincidence that the Chip Wadowski from Maximus advertised a direct phone number with a 248 area code that mapped to Wixom, Michigan in Oakland County and the Charles Wadowski in the Oakland County Court Explorer was arrested by the Wixom Police Department.

They got that site on lock down with a bunch of baboons who don't know anything. I created a thread and within in 10-15 minutes, it was deleted and I was banned. In the thread I probably had 5 responses: First one went something like, "If I had $500,000, I would bail him out myself." Others stated that I should take it down and I could get in legal trouble for posting that misinformation. It angers me that these people are protecting him.
