Does Anyone Use Maximus HRT ?

Could there be a number of class action law suits by the clients (which should be patients ) or did they sign something in a waiver form waiving their right to do so?

the folks against these clinics, are the folks that got a good doc.!! cause 8 out of 10 of us can't find a doc. with in 500 miles that knows s***t about TRT treatments, most doc's want to give ya androgel
LOL:(

Not everyone is against "these clinics". This is a much bigger issue than Maximus. My comments refer to TRT clinics in general and not any specific clinic.

I think telemedicine for TRT is the future and the sooner it becomes mainstream the better for all the men that could benefit from appropriate TRT.

I also think it would be great if anabolic steroids for bodybuilding purposes were legalized and we could readily obtain bodybuilding dosages of pharmaceutical AAS after talking to a "consultant".

That would be nice!

However, there is a regulatory framework in place that determines the legality of such enterprises.

I recognize that TRT clinics could operate within the existing legal framework.

But no matter how badly I wish it were true, I know that it is still illegal to prescribe bodybuilding dosages of steroids.

I do have a problem with companies/individuals who tell customers/clients/patients that this is legal when it is not.

It is dishonest. It is done at great legal risk to the operators of such clinics and at a lesser risk to clients who use this service.

Clients deserve to be fully aware of what they are getting into. Consumers in our community should be protected over the commercial interests of businesses trying to profit off this community.

Customer satisfaction doesn't reflect on the legality of a business.

My local steroid dealer provides high-quality steroids and ancillaries at reasonable prices. Not surprisingly, he is extremely popular among his clientele. He provides a much needed and valuable service for the bodybuilding community (and for TRT patients who choose to self-medicate).

However, he doesn't pretend that what he does is legal.

Well stated, couldn't agree more. Been a victim of this.

nicely explained Millard, ....its a gray area,i would say that if you don't live close to FL. CA. or NYC, you have to deal with clinics, cause reg. endo. doc.'s, don't want to deal with ya, cause they will lose there licence, for scrip.'s like h.g.b, E2 meds., i my self only want treatment for TRT , i'm not bodybuilder , my T. levels was 200, and all i could get was andorgel around here!!:(

me too. in my experience most docs don't want anything to do with you if you are steroid user or former user.

one of first times i used steroids i didn't have serms on hand and asked doc for nolvadex. he only refused but lectured me and told me I deserve to get gyno for using steroids.

years later i went to doctor about low test levels. i made mistake of being totally open and honest about my history of steorid use. he said he couldn't help treat me for something i did to myself

Hey guys im am a Maximus client here and let me say this thread has me nervous as fuck. Those guys over at Steroidology really have been doing a good job at covering this thing up because i was unaware until this thread. i dont go to that site everyday so i miss things that get deleted by mods.

my experience has been similar to a lot of other clients (except the fake ones posting positive stuff after the fact).

what steps can i take to ensure that i wont get into legal trouble? i have a security clearance for work and i can NOT lose it. i do not want to get fucked over cause of this. my local GP diagnosed my with hypogonadism but wouldn't treat me so i turned to Maximus.

Sucks, I had to get banned for relaying that information. Eh, that board really sucked and I was getting tired of their advice which went something like this: "I have low testosterone, blah, blah, blah - what should I do?" "I don't know bro. Jus' call Chip and he'll get you all fixed up." EVERY FUCKING TIME

yeah, that 3J tosser banned me over there after only 2 days of being a member, because i had the audacity to question his bogus success claims and outlandish promises to his online clients. not that i'd be missing much, forum is complete tripe anyhow

I really don't think you have anything to worry about. It doesn't seem that Maximus itself is facing any legal problems. Even if they were, a lot of longevity clinics have been busted but hardly any customers/clients have been legally affected. The only case I recall where trt clients got into legal trouble was initiated by an insurance company that was suspicious of large $$ of AAS and hGH claims submitted.

If you have a diagnosis of hypogonadism from your local GP, perhaps trying him again. He is ethically compelled to treat you for a diagnosed medical condition. If he can't do it, then it is his responsibility to refer you to someone who can.

Ok that makes me feel better. My GP said he would treat me but wanted me to wait 2 months and retake all the blood test. felt like shit i was not gonna wait that long esp after dealing with it for a while and knowing the solution. i will prob try and get a referral to an endo or urologist.

btw im pretty young for someone on HRT. im only 27. I have this because of injury to my testicles from a motorcycle accident.

You should be medical treated then with out any question. If you have a structural issues to the testicles. There should not be any waiting unless you are on more then just testosterone or alot of it >200 mgs per week

Well guys, glad I found this thread, let me share a little story that has made my day a bit unnerving.....

Signed on as a new client for Maximus HRT in November, spoke on the phone with their Dr and went through with it.

Then when I went to order a refill, I heard nothing, and then suddenly my account was charged 600$ without any knowledge of what I was charged for.

I called my bank and challanged the payment, I finally found over on that other crap forum that some new guy was running Maximus while Chip was out conquering the world or some BS. I told the man to stop my order and refund my money, also to take me off the client list. My doctor has since diagnosed me with hypogonadism and rxed me 100mg of Test Cyp every 5 days.

Today I get home and in my front door is a card from FDA Special Agent in criminal investigations Steve Grillo. No message, no call, just the card in my door. I call agent Grillo and leave him a message. After reading this forum I find Agt. Grillo is also associated with this MuscleBear Busted: How the United States Apprehended an International Steroid Source

Is my life over?

As much as I disagree with the nation's war on steroids (and its attempts to internationalize U.S. steroid law), you must recognize Special Agent Grillo is one of those guys who is really good at his job. He is not interested in you. He is interested in something much bigger.

Your post clearly implies that Special Agent Grillo is investigating Maximus. This is serious claim that will likely be met with skepticism and your motives will be questioned by a lot of people - not necessarily here but in other places on the internet.

Maybe you can take a snapshot of his card so we can see what government anti-steroid warrior's business card looks like?

I agree, and have called Agent Grillo, I'm willing to speak with him candidly (although I don't feel I have any real info). I get your point about showing the card it will give validity to my statement. However, am I at risk for messing up his investigation or doing anything illegal by showing it? I don't want to put myself up shit's creek or one someone else's list.

You're right. You shouldn't post it. Not because it is illegal. But not advisable to post an agent's contact info on a board read by people that could potentially be part of the investigation.

Given the crackdown on TRT and longevity clinics over the past few years, I can imagine that there are few things more intimidating for a client than being contacted by an FDA Special Agent. And this guy is a major player who has brought done multiple international sources. FDA Special Agent Jeff Novitzky gets all the headlines because he goes after celebrity athletes but SA Grillo actually goes after big-time dealers and disrupts the steroid trade.

But I really don't think you are the target.

For the record, I have seen a photo of the business card and find theturducken credible.

Sounds far fetched.....just trying to be objective.....but I'm sure my post will be deleted just like some of my past posts have...

Which posts were deleted?

EDIT: you mean the post where you called a moderator childish and immature?! seriously, you really want that back? ok, you got it.

I thought you were referring to "objective posts" relevant to the topic of this thread.
