Does gear half-life affect work out times?

I am getting ready to start my first cycle of Sust and dbol. I am going to do 250mg of sust per week and 30-40mg dbol per day for the first 6 weeks.

My question is would it be better to work out in the morning from 8-9ish or in the afternoon from 4:30-5:30ish. I am only concerned that one time may be better than the other due to the half life of the gear.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I'd bump that sust up to 500mg/wk if I were you.

Don't worry about the half life and what time you workout. If there is any effect, it's but minimal at best.

I am with Griz on this one, suggest bumping up the Sust to 500mg per week as well!! Dbol, your choice but being a newbie I would just go with 20mg per day. I would also add some Deca in there @ 200mg per week. Test, Deca and Dbol. It does not get any more classic than that. Make sure you have your nutrition in check and you should see some nice gains. First cycle is always your best one.

all good advice, especially the 20 mgs of bol - i'm glad there are still a few of us out the that know you don't need huge doses of gear to make gains..

your diet is very inmportant - eat like a mother fucker..
 
I'd probably bump it up to 500mg also, though it's hard for me to say that after seeing a friend use 250mg sust a week and 20mg dbol per day and he grew like a weed. It was his first cycle also.

About the workout times, the only thing I might do is take half the dbol before working out, gives me more energy for the gym.

I will probably take the dbol 4 times a day. 7am - noon - 4pm - 9pm. If you recommend I stay at 20mg per day should I go longer than 6-8 weeks? I have read it wouldn't be wise for a number of reasons. If not then I guess I have some extra dbol on my hands:)

My first cycle consisted of:

1-10 250mg Test Cyp(upjohn)
1-10 200mg Deca(rugby)

Gained 25lbs from 185lbs to 210 kept 20lbs with no PCT, did know any better back then.

Like I said the first one is always the best

bro you can take the bol for longer than 4 weeks - a lot of folks say 4 weeks but most take more than 20mgs a day..

you can run them for 2 months but if i were you i would save half and use them for you next cycle..

oh and you will be doing another cycle trust me! LOL!!!
