Does HGH suppresses natural GH production for long?

I know natural GH production is almost fully suppressed while I'm on exogenous HGH, but how long will it take for it to be restored when exogenous HGH is no longer used?

I was on 5 IUs a day for about 3 months, but now I'm planning to switch to ibutamoren (MK-677), which relies on natural GH production pathways. Ibutamoren can't do anything if natural GH isn't being produced.

So, once I stop using exogenous HGH, when to start using ibutamoren? I heard mixed opinions about natural GH restoration, some claiming it takes less than a week while others claiming it can take months. And there are even people claiming exogenous HGH doesn't cause suppression, and natural GH will rebound in less than 24 hours.

Mk677 is a secretagogue, so it stimulates the natural pathways. If its the secretion of ghrelin that is suppressed by exogenous GH, then there should be no problem with the MK677as it is supplying that stimulation but if its ghrelin receptor that gets desensitised, it would be different. I think one needs to look at this as well as the question of how long suppression lasts.

I am interested to see what people say. I would like to know how long the suppression lasts too.

MK677 turned me into a greedy pig even though I took it before bed. I gave up in less than 10 days. I got better HRV values for the night by just eating light evening meals than on the MK677 too.
