Does kidney function have an affect on sublingual medication absorption?

Does kidney function affect the strength of medication taken sublingually. I’m asking this because I noticed my medication doesn’t work the same as it used too even if I double the dose...

I also noticed signs of kidney damage during my blast so I’m dropping the Tren and going on a cruise dose of Test for the remainder of the year. I edited the original post due to sensitive info. Before my blast I had no problem with my medication and a month into my blast I am noticing signs of kidney damage along with malabsorption of medication.
