Anybody got any input on this. How much would you say for an average 200 lb guy running say a gram of test a week without hindering gains. Thanks

If you're taking a f--king gram a week I wouldn't worry about hindering gains. As a matter of fact 200 mg/week should suffice in maintaining muscle mass whilst on T3. My thing is if you're gonna do it then do it. Work up to 120mcg/per day and you should be just fine.
