When you transition from a bulk to a cut, do you change your training style?
Wondering if sets/reps/intensity should change due to lower calorie intake.
Asking about the lifting aspect, not cardio.
You should train with same intensity but less volume. choose a volume and training style that lets you recover properly. I personally choose for bro split while on a deficit
Stimulating a muscle for growth or just to keep it probably is the same no matter the amount of calories as long as one does not dig their recovery hole to deep.
