Doing DFHT.....Any substitute for pullthroughs???

Ok i just started DFHT and i was wondering if you could substitute the pullthroughs for anything else....I don't like them very much because i don't really feel much.....I don't know if this is because my form is not correct or what the deal is.......LMK what you guys think........later and stay safe bros..
 
They'll make you look like an absolute fool, but I love how they feel on your glutes and hams. I DEFINETLY would not substitute them out for anything....
 
Its been a while since Ive read the DFHT article, but I dont recall AnimalMass saying anything about "feeling" the muscle work. Just pack on the weight, explode from the bottom and youll get your results. Forget any of that silly bodybuilding crap of "you must feel the muscle" or "get a pump." I think AnimalMass would kick your ass if someone used DFHT in order to get a pump. lol

To answer your question, there really isnt any substitute for pull-throughs.

Well thats the answer i needed to stick with em...thanks....Likd you said just pack on the weight and explode....and BTW i used to only work muscle groups one time a week and just hammer em......This program is the shit and better than any other program ive used.....I love these fuckin compound workouts...they really do feel awesome.......thanks bros and stay safe

Trust me....the first few times you do them (properly)...you definetly "feel it"...and it's orgasmic :eek: :D

Yeah. If you do them IMPROPERLY you feel it too. I wouldnt call it orgasmic. But, it will have you singing the high notes. :eek:
