How’s it going guys.

got blood work done RBC/hemocrit/hemoglobin was pretty High I don’t have the numbers in front of me. The doctor (who doesn’t know that I’m on aas) wanted me to go see a blood specialist. I donated double red after the test and never got retested

I’m going to be visiting family out of state and I can donate again, I have donated 2ce before. And everything was fine.

should I donate another double red or just go whole blood?

You should be donating blood on a regular basis if you are on TRT. There are two main reasons for elevated RBCs, lying to your doctor isn't really going to help because once he has found out that you don't have a Janus mutation it is going to be pretty awkward.

I don't recommend telling your doctor the truth, but you have screwed up to be in this situation. Donate blood!

I did just donate a double red after that set of blood work. I have an opportunity to donate again through another agency just to drop the number further I was wondering if I should do another double red or just a regular whole blood Thanks

Mine stays in the upper range and I try to donate whole blood every 8 weeks. When I go out of town I’ll occasionally donate at another agency. Went to one and the lady told me I could donate every 6 weeks np.
