DONG A GROWTROPIN

With the difficulty lately of sourcing pharma manufactured HGH I came across Growtropin from Dong A as an option. I guess they are a large south korean pharma company that produces HGH for prescription worldwide. I received 10 premixed vials. It is my understanding that HGH goes bad when premixed?
Would you assume this is not actually from the pharmaceutical company if it came as liquid? I can not read it and have no idea what language this is. Have no idea how to even dose it. Appreciate any feedback!! See pics for product

idk about pre mix hgh? , but that pharmaceutical company has been around since 1932,,,

That was my concern. Just seemed odd to receive unrefrigerated hgh with the bacteriostatic water already mixed in? Would you assume thats not actually Dong A? I just had a huge loss on a bunch of fake Genotropin so I am bit skeptical.

If it's south Korean why it has Cyrillic alphabet on the box or at least it looks like russian lol

Pens come pre-reconstituted. They can formulate them to be stable at room temp for a while. However, that box clearly states keep stored at 2-8c, ie, max 46f
I thought the pens are separated, and you have to twist them to constitute them before use? I've never used them so this is only my assumption.

There may be, but pre-reconstituted pens are the norm. They use a mix of excipient ingredients that prevent the HGH from degrading at the usual speed. The liquid filled carts are sterilized with radiation. Some pens can be left unrefrigerated for a month, but it's not advisable since they'll definately lose some effectiveness.

Wegovy and Zepbound pens are the same, good for 2 years in the refrigerator, one month out.

Idk, looking at things like genotropin it looks like the cartridge has to be reconstituted manually. Again, I have no experience with these and the info I found could be outdated. I also know nothing about glp pens either.

Most modern pens come reconstituted. A few older ones are out there still require it, and a bunch of what I suspect are counterfeit pharma GH pens use the two chamber powder/water carts that look suspiciously like the fake Chinese Ozempic pens being sold that also require reconstitution.

It's actually harder to make a proper pre-reconstituted pen than one that requires reconstitution. The formulation requires careful use of excipients and the ability to use radiation to sterilize, which is really a big pharma capability.

To be fair, I didn't really look that deep into it. Lol. It's crazy how far along they have come. Someone recently mentioned how we perceive that GH itself is incredibly fragile, and would be surprised at how wrong we are about the resilience of pharma products. Especially, the conditions a patient for serostim would be keeping a kit they sell.

Pharma GH is pretty resilient by design, but UGL does nothing that pharma does to ensure that's the case. The single biggest factor effecting GH stability is PH. Just a little off can speed up degradation by 10x..

UGL does nothing to ensure proper PH. That one simple thing. Never mind the other quality control measures pharma employs.

Even Serostim, the simplest GH formulation out there, really designed for use immediately after reconstitution, so contains no "preservatives" like others use, includes phosphoric acid to ensure the proper ph after reconstitution.

Explains the drastic price difference between the 2. I'm tempted to try cinnatropin these days to just try my hand at something that isn't ugl or a Chinese generic.

Cinnatropin contains:

Histidine
Hydrochloric acid (E507)
Mannitol (E421)*
Phenol
Poloxamer 188
Sodium hydroxide (E524)

The poloxamer 188 is there to prevent the GH protein from sticking to the container's glass, which can result in significant loss, not something you find in any UGL that's for sure.

Should I expect a greater igf1 result, what's the overall advantage to using a GH containing all this?
