Don't call it a comeback - 2019 Log

@LvnDead This is where I post most of my lifts, in case you want to follow this. The other thread will be used mostly for my physique progress with a few lifting vids sprinkled in.
 
Getting into some nice weights and am super excited.

585 deadlift with a long hold at the top, and a very conservative top set of 5 on squats with 405.

MCL is feeling fucking great and I am stoked to see where strength goes from here. I think 495 for 5 on squats might actually be feasible within 8-12 weeks.

Also, will certainly be pulling mid 600's in the same time frame.



 
Halo makes me feel tired and shitty every time when it wears off.
What dosage? Only after effect I've gotten so far is a very slight headache type feeling about 2hours post workout. I think it's due to the spike in BP (which is also why I won't take it ever again on volume day for squats or deadlifts)

20-30mg range. Never fails to make me all tired a few hours later. The workout is almost always phenomenal though.
