I just suspended this spanish kid cuz he had his 4th no call no show.Any other job he would have been fired.He is the hardest working person I have ever seen but,I have to put my foot down as a Manager.Now he went to my boss saying I'm a white supremist and all managers are white.What the hell? I'm the only white boss and the other two are black? I get supended with pay for 2 days and now I have to have a meeting with the CEO General Manager to see if I still have my job? screw'em...did you document the dates when all this happened?if so then i wouldnt worry about it,but if they fire you anyway...i would sue their ass.you cant be fired for doing your job.

talk to the ceo and say that if you don't get your pay and anything gets reported on your record, you will go directly to the state employment board or state's attorney and report them for not only discriminating and wrongly suspending you, but you will report them for hiring illegal aliens. Good for you Nightcrew, I preach to my managers to document, document, document everything. In my company 1st no show no call is a verbal warning (documented of course) 2nd is 3 day suspension w/o pay 3rd is termination.
