For those that train body parts 2x a week how many excersises do you do and sets do you do per body part? I need a change up. Awhile back I did a 4 day routine hitting everything twice a week with about 3-4 excersises per part but damn it was rough. Thinking about trying it again but wanted more input.
 
I only hit lagging body parts 2-3 times a week. Hamstrings, calves and anything else i think needs extra attention.
I'll just do 2 exercises with maybe 10 sets total. Depending on what I'm training and what I've already trained that day, it varies a bit.
