I do pretty good now but I drain a pint every 2 months
I want to try Inositol since it's very hyped right now for the hematocrit. Dante Trudel said good things about it but only right now I'm seeing good experiences. I tried naringin and grape seed extract but didn't had a good experience. Obviously cardio and water intake were there.

Honestly I had hct of 56 and felt horrible initially but kept at it draining etc getting low ferritin but eventually it seems as if my body has adjusted to it luckily.

I had no idea about it being good for hematocrit! I just found this study which was in pregnant women (unfortunately, as it might not translate well) that showed significant improvement in glycemic and lipid biomarkers after 30 and especially after 60 days of MDFM administration (myoinositol, d-chiro-inositol, folic acid and manganese). This included a large drop in total cholesterol, LDL, a small drop in HDL, among other things (read the study, or at least look at the figures, the full paper is free).

I personally take a small amount of inositol nightly in a Now Supplements L-Theanine/Inositol preparation. That has 200 mg L-theanine and 100 mg Inositol, which is FAR lower than that study. I did find https://www.amazon.com/Premium-Inositol-Supplement-Myo-Inositol-D-Chiro/dp/B07W4FNSFF (this supplement) which is close, but has much less d-chiro-inositol in it (50 mg instead of 400 mg like the MDFM in the study). It seems they have less as the marketing indicates a 40:1 ratio of myo- to d-chiro-inositol is best (this ratio is also mentioned in several studies. Several of these appear to be in Polycistic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and often the subjects are obese, so whether they translate over to PED-using males is unknown as far as I an tell.

These supplements seem targeted towards women, but I am not sure why. They are marketed for natrual fertility hormone and menstrual support. Obviously we don't need that, but if there are beneficial effects towards lipids from taking this supplement then I will be all over it (I am on a never-ending mission to make my already great lipids even better).

Thanks man, my only concern is that I wasn't really able to find any studies verifying inositol's effect on hematocrit? Which makes me question if this is broscience/wellness marketing or if it has legitimacy to it.

It’s grapefruit seed extract that lowers hematocrit, or you can also eat grapefruit.
