I would like to make a statement regarding the following.
Firstly we apologise for the delay and understand that due to the Christmas and Black Friday backlog, a lot of orders had been delayed.
Due to having a UK warehouse and EU facilities we offer products from both , to ensure that our customers have a wide variety of products to choose from.
In terms of it being misleading, I would prompt all customers to read to FAQ section to know which warehouse that your order will come from, and the usual delivery times.

In terms of emails, we reply to ALL emails within 48 hours, looking through the emails there is not a single email we havent responded to, you claim we didn't respond to any of your 5 emails which is frankly not true.
A final point, you are right to say that you can buy from other UGL or China if you wish, however we sell Driada Medical products, which are well known for high quality, easy to authenticate and proven lab results. I appreicate your stance that you can get products quicker, but to get Driada products to the UK, this is how long it takes (which we have also made clear in the FAQ and as seen below we advised during the Black Friday and Christmas sales there WILL 100% be delays ,see below).
