It's been soo long since I've been on here haha! So I've got ALOT of catching up to do lol.
Anyhow, big things have been going on for me recently, I'm getting married in 3 months for the main part, and ive been on an insane cut going from 250lbs to 189lbs within 9 months..

This has been done 100% natural as I came off gear 3 months prior to the first pic
I'm feeling so depleted right now! but weirdly enough I think I can even push myself to get leaner but I'd wanna carb up in the process(reverse diet) to gain some fullness back.
I have a couple questions, What bodyfat percentage would you say I'm at now at a guess? & what would you advise me to do now summer and my wedding is coming up, as I'm lost for choice?
I don't know whether to get on a new cycle and try and get in the best shape I can, or do what I stated above^ (reverse diet)and continue the process natural..
