Dry Heat Sterilization

Hello friends
Is the dry heat sterilization method a correct method to sterilize vials?
Will this dry heat sterilization machine work for this method?

so friends, does dry heat sterilization work or not? Can I sterilize the vials by putting them in this heater without doing anything? My problem is that there is no pip.

You have never had an issue with your vials coming out wet from washing before you put them in? If that's the case I'm assuming you're using a autoclave with a drying function and not any other kind of eating element such as a household oven or a lab oven because 99% of people will tell you unless sterilizing it at 400° for 2 hours which is way too long considering it is only called for $350° f 45 minutes but if you do it like that 99% of people will tell you the vials will come out still wet. Which is why some people dip them in alcohol personally I spray the inside with a mist of alcohol so that it will dry in the 45 minutes that it's in the oven and the extra 20 minutes or more that it takes to cool down

What is the best way to sterilize beakers and vials in a home environment I am planning so far on using hot water and dish soap but confused when I wash it do I do it by hand or with a scrubber or something and when I dry it can I use paper towels or if I put it in the oven what’s heat should I put it at I am seeing everybody put it between 300-400

Wash with dial dish soap and hot water, then submerge in distilled water, spray isotropyl alcohol into whatever glassware you are sterilizing so that it dries in the oven at 350° f for 30 minutes as stated on page 1 of this thread. Got it?

you never want to put isopropyl alcohol in oven

I got one more question I was researching for about almost 2 hours couldn’t find the answer when I wash my materials do I wash it by hand or with like a sponge or something?
