My direct tv dss card bit the dust and my dawg that programs my card says they cant be hacked any more,,, does anybody know anything??? thanks sc redneck

Yep.. The HU card from Direc TV is now dead.... Directv is no longer even broadcasting in a format that is readable by the HU card.. The only card currently able to recieve programing is the P4 Card...and as of yet.. this card has not been hacked....

You'll just have to pay for TV like the rest of us now...

well now we are on my subject

I am a moderator of 3 Directv forums , admin of 1, and a channel operator in 9 Irc channels.

The P3 (hu card) is dead except for the music channels. They have shut the stream off due to the card swap to the P4 and the D1 cards. There are some working P4/D1 scripts that are still in the test phase, of course nothing is public for the P4/D1 cards right now.

If anyone here is or was a member of the uicn network you might remember me by the nickname Fxrider. Myself along with a couple friends of mine are the authors of the Interface called Identafile used for the Hu card and are currently working on a Interface for the P4/D1 cards.

Anyhow, Dishnetwork is the best route to go these days anyways. Alot less headaches, ALOT less downtime and ALOTTTT better PORN. Id be glad to help some of you out on it or direct you into the right direction on getting it done. You will just need a matching card and reciever, jtag and a iso programmer.
