dumb quest about HRT/TRT

This may sound dumb, but i just dont know, so i'll ask. When someone is on HRT, is that because their testoreone levels are low naturally? Or, did the use of AAS without proper PCT cause permanent damage, and they have to be on the rest of their life? Or could it be both. Just read a thread about who was on therapy and how old they were, and golly, there were some pretty young guys on. Just didnt think it was that common to be on HRT at such young ages, hence the confusion.

I have never taken any AAS or Pro-hormones and am 31. Just started trt and expect to be on it for life.

I also feel better than I have for 10 years.

Thanx Doc

JCC, it could be either. Most of us have never done AAS. Some have done it but with proper PCT. They usually had the full symptoms prior to starting TRT and it was actually the low T in the first place that turned them on to AAS.

So I guess the simple answer is most of us have naturally low T...a few are due to AAS use. I think one may even be on it due to dietary reasons. Although I think he's trying to change his diet and get off of TRT.
