You need both..I do not think one is better than the other.Dumbells give me a much better stretch..barbell puts good over all mass on my chest.I cannot believe the dumbells do not agravate your shoulder ?! Physics bro..J DUB said:Why would it be any more difficult to do BB bench vs. DB bench if you have long arms? Either way, you are having to do more work than someone with shorter arms.
