No, that’s not true.
We're not out of stock, and we’re definitely not waiting on raws to fill orders.
Orders are going out just with a bit more delay than usual due to summer volume.
Everyone has always received their package, and nothing has changed on that.
Soon enough, everyone will have the proof that everything is legit, no need for noise.
Time always does its job.
why then do you accept new orders if you are not able to ship the old ones, you prove to be first a scammer then a clown

We’re not scammers, and definitely not clowns.
Orders are shipping, slower than usual, yes, but they’re going out. Everyone gets what they paid for. Always.
We clearly warned about the delays last week, clients know what to expect.
We accept new orders because the process keeps moving. Simple as that.
Believe what you want time will speak.
You can stop hammering now and just be patient please.

Thing is. It's getting harder and harder to trust sources. Even if they come across as good ones with promises from owners and reps that everything will be fine. It's just not enough in today's climate to build trust. Claiming to be trustworthy just makes people more suspicious. There is only one way to gain trust and that is through excellent customer service, fast delivery, (recent) lab reports, customer lab reports with store credit attached and enough customer reviews from members that have been on this forum and proven to be impartial.

You’re right, trust today isn’t built on words, it’s built on proof.
Right now, though, apart from being transparent, updating people, and making sure everyone receives their order, there’s not much more I can do.
That being said.
When can we see the recent janishik result of the masteron in stock?
Last testing was mai 2024.

The new batch has already been sent for testing, we’re waiting on results.
Also, a forum member volunteered to run an independent lab test as well, so we’ll have a neutral second result.

Apologies again, please anyone ordering right now expect around 1-2 weeks to get the tracking. Most of the sources out there are Out Of Stock on a lot of things and the demand we are having is just too much for the "Small Brand" operation we had going here before all this started.
Plus we changed our shipping way and added 1 more Layer of security so we are using a reshipper in a safer country (anyone ordering will see which country but won't put it here), so first we ship there and we provide the second track once its reshipped. All this is inside Europe (before you ask).
We also took our time to send a few products to Jano, including the Mast E we talked about. Enjoy the weekend with the beloved ones.

I placed an order yesterday with Duncan Pharma worth around 300 Euros, mostly consisting of Test P, Anavar, and PCT products. However, I'm currently unable to log into my account on their website, and I noticed that their Telegram channel only has 34 members, which raised some concerns for me.
I’ve already contacted them via email and will continue to post updates here as the situation unfolds.
Given the current circumstances, I’m kindly requesting a full refund for my order. If this is simply a temporary technical issue, I’m open to resolving it — but I would appreciate clear communication as soon as possible.
Despite their recent lab results dated May 24, 2024, the overall situation does not currently inspire much confidence. Until things are clarified, I do not recommend placing new orders.
If Duncan Pharma resolves this matter and handles it professionally, I will update this post accordingly and acknowledge their legitimacy.

@janoshik can you confirm you have an Open Order with them? I think this would bring some relaxation
I would expect that this guys effort would be rewarded with priority shipping so everybody here can cain your trust back.

If @janoshik confirms, that would definitely help ease some concerns mine included. But to be honest, my trust took a hit after I couldn’t log into my account, saw the Telegram group nearly empty, and read multiple posts about outdated or missing product testing.
Regardless, I plan to independently test what I receive and will share those results here with the community for transparency.

You literally emailed me a few hours ago to ask if you can add more products to your order, and now you say this? Ehmmm I am kind of new to this "Rep" work on forums since my main job is other things but, is this common on the forum? This guy literally ordered yesterday and then emailed me to add more products, now he asks for a refund because he "saw someting"? Again from my most humble inexperience on the forum, is this normal without even trying the products?
