Absolutely nobody here should order until there has been a satisfactory resolution/explanation for this!!!!

Three weeks and still waiting? For a domestic source that quotes "2-5 day delivery time"? And a source that has historically met that delivery time? And worse yet, NOW YOU ARE RECEIVING FUCKING AUTO REPLIES????

So DYEL has your cash and is 2 1/2 weeks late on delivery and the guy has the nerve to be using auto reply and not even offering a REAL update? FUCKING UNACCEPTABLE!

Absolutely no one should be ordering right now!

Providing the details above are accurate, anyone here who can contact DYEL needs to wake him up and let him know that he at least owes REAL updates to guys who have been waiting for one.

I just sent him an email to this effect..I hope to get a reply and a reasonable one. I asked him to winter chime I or sent over a Rep. let’s see what happens
 
Just to add a little info that may be pertinent:

I made an order on Feb 14, took 10 days from time of money landing to arrive at my door step the 24th. However, he sent me some of the wrong product. I notified him immediately and he immediately responded that he would make it right.

It took another 9 days for my replacement to arrive on March 5th, which was exactly a week ago today...

So he is definitely pushing out orders since @SpringHeelSkank placed his order.

Also, both times I received tracking it didn't ship for several days saying "shipping label has been created"


Sounds like he/they are behind schedule.
Gonna check if anything like this is currently going on over at BOP and M&S forum; which I highly doubt as most of the posts would like they come from a bunch of cheerleaders over there.
 
Look, stuff happens in this game and labs get behind on orders, ship wrong stuff, etc.
But the one thing THAT EVERY LAB OWES EVERY CUSTOMER is a legit update once a problem occurs.!

This is simply disrespectful for him to be this behind AND not offering legit replies/updates.
 
He just informed me that yes there is some delay currently as he is dealing with some personal issues that have him preoccupied. Again, the Rep should be a valuable resource.

I will caution however that we not jump don’t their throats. I’d suggest speaking in matter of fact manner as I don’t think he takes of condescendence to well.

Thanks for the update. Definitely will be a good asset to have a rep here to cut down on the speculation lol

I’m in agreement with you. But judging by how he replied in email, I find the guy is under some stress, and figured it be in our best interest to get warmed up slowly.

And if I’m not mistaken @biggerben69 did mention that he is practically a one man show. But he also emphasized consistent quality and suggested him an honest man. That’s a lot to expect from the typical online ugl dealer.

Remember, he’s not a source here in Meso, and it is we that are asking him for presence. Fact of the matter is, he isn’t even here to be run off. Of all the sources that exist, he happens to be one that most will concur that we would rather have here. I’m pretty sure most online ugl’s know about Meso and how we deal with sources trying to get their foot in the door. This is a different situation however.

Look if we ever get to establish a rapport with these guys, we can make all the comments we feel like.

At the end of the day, no one is forcing him upon us. We are all grown people and we don’t have to order from anyone in particular.

Let me share a short true story with you, if I may. I manage some real estate. I work for a partnership landlord/management firm. Anyway, we have a AC guy services our units and does an great job, charges better than any formal 3rd party operation. His work is clean, fast and reliable! However, any time you call him, it goes to voice mail, he’s good with text messages but don’t hold your breath that you’ll get a reply in under 3 hours. Oh the frustrations working with this guy. BUT, he has saved us THOUSANDS!!! We know if he touches it, it’s fixed! Tenants have never once complained about his personality.

What’s the point of all this? Well, sometimes a persons personality may be shit, but it’s more of a loss to replace them. Sometimes they mean well, but the just can’t eaxape their own personality. If it becomes too much, than that’s that. We show him the door. But we haven’t even really started anything yet with Dyel.

Let’s reserve the ax for the now brother.

I will never sell anything I do not have and I will always update you if I do run out. I do not lie about my stock. If a package is behind it's most likely personal life or some other issue beyond my control.This exaclty why I stick to private boards generally. Have patience. emailing again and again isn't going to make the pack go anywhere and just back me up even further.

I will preface my statement by saying me, and quite a few dudes I know, have ran your gear. And liked it.

That said, this is a dickhead response, IMO!

So are you saying that you have been SO BUSY that you didn't have time to post ONE FUCKING MESSAGE on your precious private boards, and/or here, simply stating that things are running behind?
