E2 Estradiol

Hello guys,
I had my estradiol (E2) levels checked.

The normal range is up to 44, but mine is 60. I’m already taking 0.5 mg of anastrozole every 2 day. My right nipple is extremely sensitive and also hurts. My prolactin levels are within the normal range. Should I increase the dose to 1 mg?

Thank you

I probably wouldn't worry about it unless you plan on stay at that dose for very long term. Some small studies i have seen point to that level being not the best for longevity.

Which studies?

I just briefly glanced at this one but it speaks to that subject.

“Higher testosterone and testosterone/estradiol ratio were associated with lower DNAm PAI and a younger epigenetic age in men.”

only thing I see about e2 there is that it is associated with muscle strength and preventing fractures

Of course high e2 and high e2 relative to T will be associated with poor health. As if you’re natty and your e2 is high it suggests you’re ill.
