E2 Roller Coaster
Finding the sweet spot with symptoms in-between blood work.
Target E2 Level: 20-30
On cycle 500mg wk + .. say no more than 40
(Although I still feel good up to about 60)
Although symptoms can be very individual based on how & what you feel first or at all.. pickin thru the high/low list can be discouraging especially because a lot of symptoms can indicate both high and low e2.
High E2- (For me)
1.) Loss of morning wood ---) First to fade out slowly, but I quickly miss it when it's gone
2.) Steroids stop working ---) What really happens Start to loose definition-- a bloated look that creeps up SLOWLY makes me feel un pumped when out of gym.
Wedding ring is usually a little tight, but when high it ain't coming off without butter.
3.) Constipation ---) since I'm holding on to water I start pooping nuggets... still poop just not the relief feeling a poop should give![Smile :) :)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
(Of course diet should be considered, but most bodybuilders eat mainly same meals)

Low E2 (For Me)
1.) First thing I notice is pissing after anything I drink.... I normally drink a gallon + a day... but when e2 is starting to drop urnitating is very frequent.. I've noticed I can usually almost fill up a water bottle 3/4 regularly... with low e2 it's about 1/4 of a bottle and more frequent.
2.) Second morning starts off as SUPER STRONG morning wood....that starts waking me up at night cause it's so hard.....
3.) Appetite... no longer a hungry hungry hippo
Those three are the calm before the storm after that it's crash time with light bags under the eyes kinda black and achy Joints....wife starts asking me if I'm tired all the time.
I've been able to get hard and have sex regular with both high and low e2.... but libido (the urge to fuck like rabbits) goes away with to high or low.

Normal Semen Ejaculation is between 2-5ML if your loads go to 1ML or just look light-- your either to high, to low, or Jackin way to much.
Sometimes is my FIRST SIGN
Running Slightly low E2 to help with drying out for show, cut, or before Pct... Be careful with the before PCT I've went TOO low before Pct and it was awful-- absolutely awful

Don't ever rely on one symptom... and try not to over think it going up and down. Error on the high side- cuz going to low sucks.
