E2 issues on Test

Currently on 350mg of prop injected ED at 50mg, and 500iu HCG Monday Thursday.

Having E2 sides even when taking 25mg of aromasin ED!!!

Bearing in mind I am also very lean.

It mainly manifests itself in just aching and itching nipples.

Thinking it could be a prolactin thing idk?

Nobody is going to be able to answer that. Why not go get blood work?

Did you measure estrogen level by blood ?
I think hCG also increase Estrogen. With 25mg aro ed could be low E2

Did you check baseline estradiol?

Did you check estradiol after starting HCG to see how it impacts your e2?

Did you check your estradiol after starting / increasing your test dose?

What data did you base your AI dosing on?

What are you doing that you think requires 350mg test?

And why are you using HCG if you have high e2?
