E2 management after ending blast

Should I continue taking arimidex? If so what's a generalized time period? I'm not sure if any of this is arbitrary, but should I expect my e2 to return to cruise levels within a certain amount of time quickly or like 6 weeks? I'll be getting blood work but that takes weeks, and I figured I would wait until my hormone levels stabilize to the cruise dose.

I just quit taking everything for a couple weeks then just pick back up TRT like normal.

You could probably do what ever you wanted outside of continuing to take the ai for weeks, that is for sure the wrong idea lol

Just wasn't sure if there was such a thing as stopping the ai to early.

You can look up clearance times and half life of both drugs and make a semi informed decision. There isn’t anything you could do to be super precise, but it might give you a better idea.
