East Coast Deals

Without question nutrition is a huge key to achieving your goals, whatever those may be.
So shit gets expensive, the two just go hand in hand.

I am opening this thread as a way for those on the East coast to save some money on food and other dietary essentials.

Once again, I can only say this is for east coast stores, mainly Kroger, Publix, and Target.

I'm starting it off with a staple I see in almost everyone's nutrition: eggs.

Kroger is running a sale on the Kroger Large Dozen Eggs. $0.49 per dozen. I got 10 just now for $4.90.

(The 18 packs are what i got on the weekend for $1 each)

I don't mean to be a crazy cat lady/grandma clipping coupon type weirdo here... I just hope some of you goons can find some help out on this. Feel free to chime in on other deals ya find.

Damn that's a fucking deal right there. I gotta check out kroger. Not sure if the same deals are down here in tx tho.

You can call ahead. And if they have the deal, but they are out of the dozen eggs you can ask for a "rain check" and they give you a piece of paper allowing you to buy the eggs at the sale price at anytime.
Kroger is pretty well versed with customer service. I suppose you could say I'm a shill for them:eek:

You fucking kroger shill lol
I gotta check it out

You got Aldi's down there? My new girlfriend schooled me on Aldi's and I haven't been in Kroger much lately.

Aldi's where I live sells eggs for $0.49 a dozen, milk for $1.39 a gallon and a bag of chicken for roughly $5. Definitely the cheapest place around where I live. Plus it's basically an in and out store so you're not stuck in there for half an hour

Edit: I just remembered eggs are back to .79 amd milk is 1.49

we don't have any of those up my way. we have Market Basket, stop & shop, star market. MB is king imo.
