Easy Capping Guide for Size 1 capsules

There have been a lot of questions lately about making orals, so I wanted to share my process that I've come up with via trial and error and have been using for over a decade.

Assumptions:
* 3g raw powder
* 100-count capsule machine
* Size 1 capsules

This would create 100 x 30mg Size 1 capsules. If you are using a different size capsule or have a device with a different capsule count, this guide won't help you, but please share whatever process you come up with through trial and error.

Steps:
Use Geometric Dilution to mix the following in a mortar and pestle

* 3g raw powder
* 25g creatine monohydrate as filler
* 6g coloured drink mix powder from your favourite bulk store

Exceptions:
* If you are mixing accutane which has a bring orange colour, skip the drink mix and use an additional 6g of creatine.
* If you are using more or less raw powder, add or subtract that same amount from creatine amount

You will need to use the tamper tool a couple of times to pack the powder into the capsules but you will be left with 100 x Size 1 capsules of 30mg dose, or whatever dose you have adjusted for with the instructions above.

I would advise to start mixing the var raw and the colored powder together first. Then after the initial mixing, then mix in the creatine
