Eating food during the night.

So I eat before I go to bed, it makes me sleep. I cant sleep when hungry. But then I wake up approx every two hrs starving and eat a bagel, a bowl of cereal, or something like that. I wake up at 2,4,6 and just eat. Its like I am half asleep while I am doing it lol.

Is there any known down side to this?

I don't see an issue with it, I wake up around 2am every night just to eat something, I like my cottage cheese. If I don't get up and eat I feel sick when I get up at 630.

I get bad insomnia from tren, and i almost have to take some shit at night to sleep or ill just wake up and mow ice cream, pb&j, cereal, etc and just start looking real sloppy

I prepare chicken and cottage cheese,,,set my alarm for 2:30am and chow down, every night.makes a big difference in my gains.

I'd try instead of eating something small every time, eat a big meal before bed, if you wake up and must eat, eat another big meal. I doubt you can do that every two hours so you'll get more time for sleeping.

I drink a thick (3 scoops) Phase 8 protein shake before bed. Never wake up hungry or feel the need to eat another meal in the middle of the night.

My best gaining period was when I would wake up every two hours and down a protein shake... Actually kept a mini fridge by my bed so I could just roll over and grab one... Not even really awake to do it lol.
Kept that positive nitrogen balance going constantly...

I do that all the time even if I had eaten a lot before bed I wake up 2 hours later and crave carbs fuck that chit I am a chocolate fiend

Well your biggest natural gh pulse is when you fall asleep and carbs effect that pulse. if you are taking mk 677 or gh I wouldn't worry about it.

Guilty as charged. Don't sleep much and I'll find myself making multiple trips to the kitchen. I'm trying to drop weight and eating at night isn't helping.

Your not alone I've noticed I more on a real caloric deficit diet. I'll wake up and go hard stuffing my face and be half asleep doing it. I'll wake up in the morning and be like fuck I blew it again. The downside to it is I stay around 12% bodyfat instead of 10 and below. It sucks and I haven't found a cure yet

I have been on the mend, for lack of a better term, but I have been dealing with sleep walking for a large portion of my life. I go through phases where I'll be found sitting in the kitchen or the living room. I've been found outside on our deck or walking around in a neighbors yard even. It's truly a strange thing.

For a period of time, maybe 5 years or so, this manifested itself into sleep eating. This actually became an issue for a multitude of reasons. My wife became used to corralling me and dragging me back to bed. I've been hurt falling, walking into things etc.

I know this doesn't correlate to the original post but I thought it would be fun to share. Enjoy your sleep folks lol.
