Eat This Much Meal Planner

Really liking it. Got some nice recipe ideas from it too. Figured id share it with you guys.

Only thing its missing is an ability to enter your desired macronutrient daily intake and have it compile meals that achieve that goal. Other than that its a pretty sweet site.

Anyone know of a similar site with the added feature of automatically designing meal plans based on specified macronutrient intake goals?

Was using this website something like 10 years ago, got it from the fitness wiki on 4chan (lol). Recommend it! There were so many good recommendations there...

Wow its been around that long?? Im late to the party. Great website though.

I actually just emailed them asking to add a macro nutrient feauture, instead of planning on calories have an option for it to plan on grams of P/C/F. Also suggested allowing specification of glycemix index max and min tolerances for carbphydrate selections that it chooses, even down to specific meals of the day.

Hopefully they will implement that suggestion, would make it the perfect meal planning site for just about anyones dietary goals.

I stand corrected guys, they told me if you sign up an account (for free) then goto the preferences page on the left side toolbar you can set your macronutrient targets.

So you can infact have meal plans generated around your P/C/F targets, but you gotta signup for an account (dont worry its free you cheap fucks). Feature already exists!

I was just about to say this is already a feature. I've used eatthismuch for years now, although I never bother with any feature besides making cusrome foods and recipes and using it to track calorie and macros daily.

It's great though.
