ECA Stack as pre-workout?

Last night took 1x bronkaid, 1x 200mg (decided not to be a pussy!) caffeine and 1x 81mg baby aspirin. Had my pre-workout meal around 4pm and pop them bitches in around 6pm.. got to the gym around 6:30pm (traffic :mad:) and feeling that "rush" when the caffeine's kicking in.. It fully kick in around 6:50pm (my fitbit time) which was perfect since it was my working set.. All I can say, boy did I sweat like a motherfker!! The strength and focus was great. Overall, I would say a thumb ups!:) The kicker.. I am usually hunger as a bear after working out.. but this time, no hunger--nope, zero! Had to force myself to eato_O So I would guess probably a no-go during bulking!
 
Woke up this morning and said "Fuck work, it's Friday!".. called out and hit the gym instead. Took my usual amount (1bronkaid, 200mg caffeine, baby A)--boy, did it hit hard and within 20mins! Had the most intense workout ever while not on a cycle! Felt so good, I had to give 120lb dumbbell-incline a try.. got 6 rep--just say when I place the dumbbells on the floor-I almost fainted!!:eek: But damn, I went again after a 2-3 minutes rest.. only got 4 rep, but feel good!

Could be because my last meal was at 9pm last night and took it on a very empty stomach.. I'll try to repeat again Sunday..

btw.. I never slam/drop down the weights, but gently place down on the floor-in my book, if you can't handle the weight- you shouldn't be lifting it!!
 
Just some update:

Been taking this EC stack as a pre-workout and all I can say it's hella good! I did switch up and went darknet and got myself some real Ephedrine HCL from Europe (pharma grade).. Boy, it's night and day compare to Bronkaid! 50mg, 200mg of C, and 1 BA.. gets me wired up for the next 3-4hrs!
 
I have been doing this too. I likt the warmth it gives me. I still eat pretty good on it. I just don't have any unhealthy foods. I have a lot of energy. I just take the caffeien 1 hr after to avoid headaches. Since I have not got baby aspirin yet, for high blood pressure.

I had to force myself to eat-it's a major appetite suppression! It does make me sweat like I just came out of the pool! Bro, baby aspirin is like $3-5 bucks at Walmart or CVS.. Order from Amazon a BP monitor- it's $$ well spent in my book!
 
Sometimes, Ill take a 25mg ephedrine with my preworkout, it ramps it up to next level, sometimes will give you a bit of a headache buzz, kinda like to mucjh coffee will. but sure does help on the longer workouts when carbs are low
 
Ive been taking 2 primatene as a preworkout, but no caffeine pills. I can't tell that it is doing very much. Do the caffeine pills really make that much difference
 
Yes, something works with the synergy of them, and if you add in yohimbine or asprin it is even better.
you will want to try that before you dismiss it

for real though i like eca its the shit. pre work out its great the focus and power is unreal if you never tried it.
