ECA Stack/Cutting at beginning of test cycle

Curious about thoughts on doing an ECA stack during the first 3 weeks of 12-14 week Test E cycle, before it really "kicks in".

Right now I'm about a month out from starting, which would make it altogether an 8 week cut, followed by a lean bulk for the remainder. Unfortunately circumstances prevent me from starting the ECA now, and cannot until the same time I could start the Test.

It seems like there wouldn't be many drawbacks to cutting at the beginning of the cycle before I start seeing most benefits from the test? (wouldn't eat into my "gainz")

I don't know if you should start an ECA stack while trying to bulk..Test cycle will make you hungry like a motherfker and you suppose to eat massive amount of calories to grow.. I've notice with ECA- that shiet suppress your appetite.. low calories= slow growth.. Not a good combo if you're planning on adding muscles..

Now, after a cycle and you're trying to cut.. then it has it place!
 
There would be absolutely nothing wrong with doing this as you laid out to lean up a bit before starting to lean bulk. Just make sure when you transition that you reverse diet back up to bulking cals gradually and not just say fuck it get huge and binge and gain back all the fat plus some more. That would be counterproductive.
 
May want to consider dropping the e/c, I don't see any point of running it for only 3 weeks. You might lose like what, .1-.2 more pounds of fat? And you may have a large appetite rebound when you are coming up on the test and coming off the ec simultaneously which might lead to unwanted bf gain.
 
Dude there's no point. Just run the test and it's going to do leaps and bounds more than an ECA stack could ever dream of doing. Test is going to help add lean mass, increase fat metabolism, increase strength, faster recovery. No point in running the ECA stack. Manipulate your diet and run the test.
 
Never thought about appetite rebound. Diet is the hardest thing in the fucking world for me, takes absolutely every bit of willpower I have. So I guess i'll just skip the ECA. Thanks for the input
