what exactly is an eca stack? ive been researching clen alot lately and hae seen a few post where people say to use it with an eca stack. what does this consist of

It's ephedra, caffeine and asa......I personally would'nt use it with clen I'd use it in between cycles of clen.

I'm not sure what asa is but hopefully you meant aspirin. Also, you'll sometimes see ecay where the y stands for yohimbe.
