ED vs E0D on CBC panel.

You’re almost certainly dehydrated (most people are) I’d actually hydrate with electrolytes (mostly sodium/ water flows where sodium goes) and a gallon of water before your next cbc. That will almost certainly fix your hemoglobin and hemacrit, or help big time.

Your rbc is probably in the range of someone living at elevation. Your RDW will be high too if your cranking out blood cells. Assuming you don’t have sleep apnea, you may be alright.

A full iron panel will give more insight, it’ll look massively off if you keep dumping blood. TIBC, UIBC, iron, iron sat, ferritin.

Some good interventions have been suggested if you need them.

just ordered more natto & curcumin. Doesn’t hurt to try!
Be great if my labs look better for my endo as well. Less to worry about and deal with.

Thyorid is covered in nodes so I have a biopsy in two weeks.
Currently on a CGM for two weeks.
6 pages of lab work ups to do fasted later this week.
Bone density test
And like two other things they want to do.
It's good to have the opportunity to check your health.

Here's an example, by the way. I have friends from the Caucasus Mountains and it's strange that their tests are always normal. I don't understand why this is so.

I can give 100% requirement for you. morning cardio, water, lunch steps, evening cardio, water.

curcumin 500 mg 2 times a day with meals. cut down on beef products as much as possible, and anything that contains folic acid. and add nattokinase. I assure you that within 3 days your hemoglobin will drop by 1.5-2 indicators and maybe by 1-2% hematocrit.
Weirdly enough granted it’s only been a few days
But my symptoms I’ve been dealing with, which could just be the cycle of how it goes.
Feeling okay, and then feeling like shit for weeks.
Haven’t changed anything else. Still no gym and minimal cardio.
But taking 8,000 Natto and curcumin, and few other supps. I feel pretty alright. I’ll be pulling labs fasted on Thursday.

Be interesting to see if there is a drop in my hemo/hema.

I got my blood tests after the erythrocytapheresis procedure. Hematocrit 53%. You remember mine was 58. Everything else is normal. Now I will lower the hematocrit naturally. I think this is a super result. all blood parameters are within reference values.
usually my guys do 2 procedures and everything becomes around 45-47%.
but here in the States, unfortunately or fortunately, you can do it once every 3 months.
but in the most critical situations this is the best.
