I found their website via google image search, which is a surprisingly decent way to find unusual or long forgotten brands/products. While many canadian sources including Innovagen seem to operate primarily (if not exclusively) via a multitude of reps, that doesn't quite explain why none of them set up shop here.

Inno is very private here and very concerned about anonymity. Some public sites resell it but his full list is comprised of over 100 products of all different nature. He’s a genius

They’re a private source. You won’t see any reps around.
