Elbow pain

3 days after your last shot of prop run the following at the same time:
Clomid 50/50/25/25 ( 4 weeks)
Nolva 40/40/20/20 ( 4 weeks)

Just in case you don't know. 50/50/25/25 means for the first two weeks you'd use 50mg of clomid every day. For the last two weeks use 25mg everyday. BTW did you say you have been on cycle for 4 months ? How long were you planning to run?

Yea since end of sept, I don't know I just didn't want to stop, I was going to stop after this 30ml of peps super cuts 100mg testp 100mg tren ace 100mg masteron prop... but I'm just going to save that for next cycle... how long should I stay of cycle for before I run another

Its not really a rule but the reasoning is that the longer you are on a cycle, the harsher you are shut down. So, its going to take longer to recover natural test levels that are stable.

ive always used hcg and clomid. after my first cycle i didnt work biceps or heavy back for 6 months. build great tris though. check posts for dosages, all the resources are at your finger tips. train hard and good luck

Yes all my buddies told me to do hcg as well pct

This is why you should read up on this forum. The Guys here are very knowledgeable. Your run hcg during your regular cycle at 250iu twice per week. # days before pct you stop and then run pct. hcg is like lh to pituitary, so your pituitary shuts down during its use, just like your nuts shut off during aas use.

Pct works to restart your pituitary. Your body does not care for testosterone only for estrogen. Since estrogen comes from testosterone, when you take nolva and clomid, estrogen gets blocked at certain receptors in the body. The body thinks that there isn't enough estrogen so it send the signal to your pituitary to produce LH to trigger the testes to produce testosterone, so that, that testosterone can be converted into estrogen. I believe this is referred to the negative feedback loop.

If your taking hcg your body will use that as LH instead of telling your pituitary to produce LH. So, from now on use it only on cycle as it does help a lot with recovery. The way it helps is by keeping the testes from atrophying ( shrinking ) as the testes must first get back to normal size before they can produce the levels they were before shrinking.

Ahhhh very knowledgeable stuff man thanks brotha

Hit the gym today, went light... chest and back... elbow was fine with chest, but back definitely felt pain... pushed through it, went really light at high reps good concentration... personally I feel great, elbow doesn't hurt more though than before

I wouldn't push through the pain. You are feeling that pain for a reason. If light weight are hurting it on some exercise you should cut them out for a few weeks.

high doses of strong HGH may cause elbow pain, but it usually starts with the wrist(carpal tunnel). the outside top of the elbow, or tennis elbow, is from the ulnar nerve and could also be from high dose HGH. it would take over 5iu/day fro 3 mos for this to occur. most HGH is not potent enough to cause this unless you can get US RX like humatrop.

if the pain is at the elbow near the funny bone, it could be a triceps tendon tear. i have torn both arms due to heavy pressing. an MRI will tell for sure. if torn over 50% surface area, requires surgical repair. if even light triceps cable push downs cause pain, it is likely your triceps tendon. it attaches to the base of the elbow right at the peak of the bone. this would be about 1/2 inch away from the ulnar nerve canal (funny bone) toward the elbow peak.

Only took hgh for two months, quit that two months ago... it hurts on pulling exercises not pushing, therefore I think it's more bicep tendon... but my forearm hurts too. Dr said its forearm tendon but idk mri would be nice but no health insurance

Are you doing a proper warm up? I find when I don't warm up proper my elbow aches like a bitch.
Also had pain in my bicep/ forearm area last year it would ache just lying in bed,
It was very inflamed most I could curl were 25s.

I iced and heated it religiously for weeks and it went away. It was not fun expected it to tear really. Believe me I feel your pain

Scuba, someone may have already recommended this (I just skimmed through posts real quick) but I had chronic elbow/shoulder pain for a while. Gettin too strong too fast (like when using AAS) can certainly aggravate this but I found that for me it had more to do with the way I was training. I cut bench back to about twice a month only, did all benching at about a 10 degree incline, and switched from upper arm at 90 degrees in relation to torso to upper arm at 45 degrees in relation to torso. Did this until pain subsided and then moved on with my life. Maybe some of this will help you out. Either way I'm sendin good vibes your way bro cus I know how much joints can suck! Good luck!
