Yea I hear ya bro, I suppose the heavier I go in bench or dumbbell press the more the pain is felt..obviously right lol.
I even thought about doing hgh to see if it would help or strengthen the tendon. Might just put the growth on credit, lol I kid I kid...sort of.

May take your advice and see a sports surgeon because it's now affecting both elbows, mostly right one. Would love to kill it on skull crushers and now I can't do them. I just don't wanna take a break or stop lifting. Would suck to shrink :(

Thank you for the advice.

has anyone tried cortisone shots in the elbow joint? i too have something going on with my right elbow on the inside part that is pretty uncomfortable, i am currently on a trt/hgh cruise but haven't noticed much help from the hgh ? idk?

Hey Guys,

I was hoping to get some help with some severe elbow tendinitis. I’ve had for 6 months and it won’t seem to go away. I have stopped doing most workouts that would irate it further. My Dr. and I have tried almost everything and haven’t had much luck curing it. I have used Medrol, Voltaren Gel, Alflutop, Cortisone shots, TB500, and BPC 157. Nothing I’ve taken seems to work and I’m out of ideas.
Have you tried using a sleeve then doing high rep work? Like really light high reps for that specific area is very effective for recovery plus flushing it with blood n nutrients, I learned that from a couple things people at Westside did after they were done with their workouts and apparently it works for stuff like that too, I’m surprised BPC157 didn’t work but have you tried deca or anavar? They seem to also have some great effects in helping regenerate or resolve connective tissue & joint issues so I’d say try that out too but yeah put a tight sleeve on as compression works wonders & so does the high rep work (n I mean for real high reps like hundreds of reps with a couple stacks, these guys are benching 6/7/8 plates n they would use like 40/50lbs for 100 or 200 reps for that purpose)

Asking those who know about this injury cuz I've been icing my elbows a lot lately. They both hurt on the tip of the elbow, sometimes behind the tip of elbow. Fourth week into cycle and strength is going strong. It started when I pushed 120's on dumbbell flat bench for 5 reps. I know some of you guys can rep that shit no problem but it's a new pr for me. So am I getting tendinitis too? Any help appreciated and sorry to hijack just looking for an answer.
Have you tried doing the opposite? Sometimes icing it actually makes it worse due to vasoconstriction, and in those cases heating could help more but yeah definitely check with a doctor n HGH is known to help a lot so I’d say in the meantime try some deca/var n lots of glucosamine n chondroitin as that can help out a lot too

It's probably no different than cortisone injections into the tendons. I had issue with my wrists (De Quervain) and after getting the injections, the pain was all gone and it completely healed by itself after half a year.

Just understand that it just hides the pain, it doesn't fix the issue. So you might end worse than before if you don't change your weight lifting routine.
